Mr. S. V. Phene is a Chartered Accountant with over 32 years of experience in handling corporate finance, treasury, tax and merger and acquisition activities in various capacities. Mr. Phene’s major experience has been working with the Tata group for about 20 years. He was earlier associated with Trent Brands Limited and Nahar Retail Trading Services Limited as Independent Director.
